Terms of Service

Social Profile Searcher is a public reconnaissance search tool designed to assist users in locating publicly available social media profiles across supported online platforms using search parameters such as usernames or names provided by the user. The application indexes and accesses strictly publicly accessible open-source data.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the application strictly in accordance with these terms. You agree that:

• You will use the service strictly for lawful, personal, or professional research purposes.
• You will not use this application to stalk, harass, threaten, defame, or violate the privacy rights of any individual.
• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of our service infrastructure.

The application operates on a credit system for querying networks:

• Free Credits: New accounts receive complimentary welcome credits. Additional free search credits can be earned by watching rewarded videos.
• Consumable Purchases: Users can purchase consumable search credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android.
• All financial transactions, cancellations, and refunds are managed according to the respective App Store or Google Play Store policies.

In full compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play policies, users can delete their accounts, balance, and search history at any time directly within the mobile application under Settings → Delete Account. You can also request complete deletion by emailing us.

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Social Profile Searcher does not warrant that results will always be 100% complete or accurate, as external platforms may alter access or privacy settings. Social Profile Searcher is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, X, TikTok, GitHub, or any other referenced network.

All trademarks, branding, code, and graphical assets are the exclusive intellectual property of EMT Software. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
